seija: same as echo, but it flips the text upside down.
slap: slaps the pinged user! usage: ice slap @Ice-Bot
safe: searches safebooru using tags. example: ice safe cirno touhou
safetag: gives information on any safebooru tag. example: ice safetag 1girl.
ben: ask ben any question.
zaret: generates a fake tony zaret video title.
siivagunner: posts a random siivagunner rip. hand picked to be epic and quality.
meme: creates a meme using the inputed text, and a randomly selected format.

flip: flips the attached image.
mirror: like the above, but horizontal.
deepfry: 😂😂😂💯
vintage: look like a war criminal.
blur: blurs an image.
grayscale: removes all the color from an image.
